Cotswold Bowls Club - 2026/27 Team Registration Form  

Please register the following club members in my team for the above league: 
Notes for captains: 
The full rink fee shall be payable for all dates listed on the fixtures sheet and shall be payable prior to each game. 
In the event of a cancellation, the full rink fee must be paid. 
Club members are only allowed to be registered in one team in any of the leagues. 
Players must be entered on the scorecards provided for each match. 
The completed registration form must be returned to the League Secretary by 31st March 2026.
